Oh my! Still one of my most delicious favorites in London! Even a 20 minute walk will not keep me from getting my favorite sandwich. With extremely friendly staff and quick service, the only thing that is missing is a table to sit and chill. However, this place is too fast paced for all of that. Get your sandwich for take away and get one for lunch as well and get on with your day, in a most delicious way!

Food here was great. If you're looking for something filling and hearty, you're at the right place. The staff are incredibly friendly. We were coming here on our 2 week trip to Europe and this is by far one of my favorite places to eat. Super cheap, super eats!

Chequers is a hidden gem just off the strand. If you're looking for a hearty sandwich, salad, or even a bowl of hot soup for a very price, Chequers is the place to be. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate your request. If you order a cup of coffee, it comes with a small complimentary croissant that's freshly baked.
I miss Chequers and will visit it every time when I am in London!
